We want each Kasa Himalaya order to arrive safely and match what you purchased. Please read the policy below before starting a return request.

Return Window

Return requests may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at chaokunc4@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and handmade jewelry reasons, items that show signs of wear, damage caused by use, water exposure, perfume, cosmetics, or improper storage may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and help with the next step.

Natural Material Variations

Natural stones, pearls, silver details, and wooden elements may vary slightly in color, texture, shape, and surface details. These variations are part of natural materials and are not considered defects.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Used items, worn jewelry, damaged items caused by customer handling, final sale items, gift cards, and items returned without prior contact may not be refundable.
