Order Processing
Each Kasa Himalaya piece is carefully checked and packed before shipping. Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from China. We ship internationally where available through Shopify checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the destination country, local customs processing, and the shipping service available at checkout.
- United States and Canada: usually 7–15 business days after dispatch.
- United Kingdom and Europe: usually 8–18 business days after dispatch.
- Asia-Pacific regions: usually 5–12 business days after dispatch.
- Other destinations may vary.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after dispatch.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at chaokunc4@gmail.com before sending the item back. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help with the next step.

Natural stones, pearls, and wooden materials may vary slightly in color, texture, shape, and surface details. These natural variations are not considered defects.
