Orders are carefully prepared and shipped from China.
How long does order processing take?
Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days. Handmade and small-batch pieces may take a little extra care before shipping.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
Do natural stones vary in color?
Yes. Natural stones, pearls, and wooden materials may vary slightly in color, texture, shape, and surface details. These variations are part of the character of natural materials.
Do your stones have healing or medical effects?
No. Kasa Himalaya does not make medical, therapeutic, religious, or mystical claims. We use words such as calm, grounding, and softness to describe emotional feeling, styling mood, and everyday experience.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Avoid prolonged contact with water, sweat, perfume, alcohol, lotions, and cleaning products. Store each piece separately when not worn.
Can I return an item?
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.
